It examined factors like convenience, payment security, delivery, and information quality to compare consumer behavior across retail modes. By identifying trends and segmenting preferences, I quantified how pricing, accessibility, and service impact loyalty. This work reflects my skills in survey design, data analysis, and applying statistics to real-world problems—skills I aim to deepen through graduate studies in statistics.
